Description
Supply of 3,788 batteries across five item lines to Air Force Station Jalahalli East, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Delivery is required within 30 days. Bidder minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 0.5 lakh, experience of 2 years is required, and past performance must cover 30% of the bid quantity. EMD and ePBG are not required. Reverse auction and MII and MSE purchase preferences apply.

- Documents required: Audited Balance Sheets or a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover details, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC for experience criteria, Relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year for past performance, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for MSE or startup exemption from experience or turnover criteria, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, Manufacturer Authorization Form / Certificate, where applicable, Registration / empanelment / approval / enlistment with any State / Central / PSU and Government organisation for the required goods category, Acceptance of bid terms and conditions with self-attestation, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition for MII purchase preference
