- Rectification of buck stay beams & supports by bringing to the original position, providing suitable locking pin and washer etc. and welding the scalloped bar, locking pin and washer and providing channels etc. — Qty: 12 Nos.
- Fabrication of 900mm length x 600 mm width square shaped Buck stay corner cover plate using 3 mm MS sheet by cutting, bending and welding and painting with 1 coat of heat resisting Aluminium paint. — Qty: 8 Nos.
- Cutting and replacing of defective/ buckled end plate in the rear side of LTSH upper bank area in boiler II pass. — Qty: 1 Time
- Providing new M.S. plates in the middle side of boiler headers such as rear side, left side and right side headers in Boiler II pass. — Qty: 1 Time
- Petty iron work for truss, straps etc., (wrought & fixed) labour only. — Qty: 1000 Kg
- Leading, lifting and arranging platform and scaffolding wherever required in the boiler and dismantling after completion of work. — Qty: 1 Time
- Rectification of broken out DVH hanger support in CRH right steam pipe line. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Repair the failed hanger supporting hook by welding, disassemble the hanger support, clean and inspect the parts, replace the defective parts if any. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Assemble the hanger support and refit in the location. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Load the hanger support to its specified load. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Provision of suitable scaffolding for the above work and removing it after completion of work. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Fabrication of furnace thermal expansion indicator and fixing. — Qty: 34 Nos.
- Renewal of defective boiler tubes of size above 44.5mm OD including transportation, cutting, welding, and hydraulic testing. — Qty: 15 Nos.
