Description
MMRDA invites proposals from eligible single-entity consulting firms to act as Independent Engineer for reviewing, assisting with, and monitoring the operation and maintenance of Mumbai Metro Line 1, including witnessing tests as required and supporting safe and smooth operation. Consultancy duration is 36 months, with possible extension by mutual agreement. Selection method is Least Cost Quality Selection using a three-envelope system.
