Description
Supply of 2,227 brand-new Android-based smartphones or tablets as Mobile Data Terminals for ERSS vehicles, including specified accessories, manufacturer warranty and authorized service support. Devices must support the ERSS application, vehicle tracking and field communication.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or registration under the applicable act, GST Registration Certificate and TAN/TIN registration details, if any, PAN card, Form 8 certified by the auditor with bidder turnover details for the last three financial years, Self-declaration that the bidder is participating as a sole bidder, EMD or valid exemption certificate for the quoted items, Documentary evidence of at least three years of continuous business experience in supply/installation, integration, testing and commissioning of MDT or similar equipment, Purchase/work orders or contract agreements and performance certificate for qualifying completed work, Manufacturer Authorization Form from the OEM for all quoted items, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three audited financial years, Income tax returns for the last three financial years, Original bank comfort letter and last six-month account statement, Proof of sales cum service and support center at Chennai, or undertaking to establish a local office in Chennai, Affidavit declaring that the bidder is not blacklisted, Compliance documents for procurement from countries sharing a land border with India under GFR rules, Forms 1 to 15 in the prescribed formats, Device make, model, serial number, IMEI, operating system version and warranty particulars, Undertaking for delivery of equipment with accessories
