Deployment of security personnel on a round-the-clock basis for watch and ward of B AND R’s office-cum-portable cabin, storage container, company-owned tools, plants, equipment and other materials at the Pipe/Pipe Spool Prefabrication Yard provided by HPCL at Wadala, Mumbai, outside HPCL plant premises, for the LMBU Project of HPCL-Mumbai Refinery, Mahul, Mumbai.

- Documents required: LOI/work order and completion certificate or other evidence of similar security guard deployment work, Audited balance sheets and average annual sales turnover certificate for the last three financial years, PAN card, Provident Fund registration certificate, ESIC registration certificate or declaration to submit it within one month of award and before payment, GST registration certificate, Latest filed monthly/quarterly GSTR-3B return, Declaration of litigation history, liquidated damages and disqualification, Constitutional and legal status documents, including deeds, Articles and Memorandum of Association as applicable, Power of Attorney for the person signing the bid, Compliance certificate regarding bidders from countries sharing a land border with India, Bidder information form as per Annexure-C, No Deviation Certificate, Signed and stamped tender documents, including NIT, ITB, GCC, SCC, techno-commercial clarifications and unpriced SOQR
