Empanelment of an experienced mess operator to operate the mess on the ground floor of the BBA Department at Savitribai Phule Pune University for a 36-month contract. Selection is based on technical qualification and a 50-point evaluation, with a panel of up to three eligible operators; no financial bid is accepted.

- Documents required: Valid GSTIN registration certificate, PAN card, Income tax returns for financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, Chartered accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover of at least Rs. 20 lakh, with UDIN and FRN, Proof of at least three years' experience operating a mess, canteen, restaurant, cafe, catering or similar business, Experience certificate or self-declaration stating the business type, location and period of operation, Food licences covering the period of claimed experience, Valid shop and establishment registration certificate or licence, Valid State Level FSSAI food licence, Declaration confirming authenticity and validity of submitted documents, certificates, licences and experience information, Partnership deed and authorized representative documents, if applicable, Company, LLP or other entity registration and authorized representative documents, if applicable, Declaration of pending serious criminal, financial fraud, corruption or food-business-related legal cases, if applicable, Online payment proof for tender fee and EMD
