Description
Delhi Development Authority invites percentage-rate bids for comprehensive running maintenance and operation of the HVAC system at the Squash and Badminton Stadium, including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance, seasonal operation, staffing, and specified water-cooler repairs. Estimated cost is Rs. 64,78,593 and the completion period is 12 months.

- Comprehensive Maintenance including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of High side & Low side of the Air Conditioning plant and other system / equipment of HVAC installation comprising of all machinery, equipments etc. and 3 Nos. 8 TR packaged AC in UPS room as per additional condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘A’ & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure ‘B’ & C. etc complete as required. — Qty: 12 Per Month
- A.C Plant shall however be operated for 8 months. Operation shall be done by deploying 2 no. AC Operator cum mechanic and 1 Nos. khallasi in each shift (Total two shifts) i.e. 06:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. — Qty: 8 Per Month
- A.C Plant shall however be operated for 04 months. Operation shall be done by deploying 1 no. AC Operator cum mechanic and 1 Nos. khallasi in each shift (Total two shifts) 06:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. — Qty: 4 Per Month
- Sub Head-III Water Cooler Supplying and charging of R-22/R-410 Gas in the water cooler including Providing & fixing necessary copper piping, capillary tube including pressure testing, leak detecting and commissioning etc, complete required at site. a) Water Cooler storage capacity 150 Ltr — Qty: 2 Nos.
- Rewinding of fan motor of Water Cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/c replacement of gun metal bushes, testing, commissioning etc as required. — Qty: 1 No.
- Servicing of Water Cooler (Capacity up to 150 Ltr) i/c cleaning and washing, draining etc as required. — Qty: 4 job
- Supplying and Replacement of (including deduction of cost for replaced item) following hermetically sealed type section cooled Reciprocating /Rotary compressor unit operating on Refrigerant Gas of nominal capacity in the existing Water cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/e dismantling the existing compressor making refrigerant and electrical connection, pressure testing vacuuming and charging the Refrigerant Gas (to be provided by firm within quoted rates) etc as required. — Qty: 1 Each
