- Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Engine Control Device (ECD) card of Kirloskar make for 250 KVA Greaves D.G. set installed at 50 bedded Hospital, Sector 45, Chandigarh. The scope of work includes dismantling of the defective ECD card from the AMF panel after carefully disconnecting all associated wiring and connections related to safety systems such as oil pressure safety, coolant temperature safety, speed control system, etc. The work further includes installation of a new ECD card in the AMF panel, reconnection of all wiring and safety circuits, and proper termination. After installation, all operational parameters shall be checked and calibrated, including engine speed, fuel injection system, and other critical parameters to ensure optimum performance and fuel efficiency. The scope of work includes careful dismantling of the radiator from the D.G. set using suitable lifting arrangements such as chain pulley/crane, and safe shifting of the radiator to the workshop. The work further includes thorough servicing and chemical cleaning of the radiator core, servicing and repair of the intercooler, repair of head plates by welding, and repair/replacement of damaged tubes.
