- Documents required: Copy of supply order with CRAC or acceptance certificate or CRAC evidencing successful supply of the tender item or explosive/pyrotechnic grade magnesium powder to a Central Government department, State Government department, PSU company or publicly listed company within the last 2 years, Registration Certificate for the tendered item or explosive/pyrotechnic grade magnesium powder with an MIL group of factories/unit under MIL/erstwhile OFB, or duly filled Vendor Registration Request Form (VRRF) and required supporting documents, Payment receipt for the item registration application fee and 18% GST, Compliance statement of standard tender terms and conditions, completely filled and duly signed with firm seal, MSE certificate (URC) to avail MSE purchase preference, Self-certification undertaking that none of the bidder's relatives is working in the unit where the bidder is bidding, Compliance sheet clearly stating any deviations from tender conditions, Supporting documents for any claimed exemption from experience or turnover criteria
