Description
Machining of one terminal box using BHEL material. Work is to be completed within 90 days from receipt of BHEL material. Scope is as per drawing, technical requirements and quality requirements; the enclosed quality plan is to be followed, with pre-dispatch inspection by BHEL or a third-party inspection agency.

- Documents required: Conflict of Interest declaration (Annexure-3), signed by the authorized signatory, Detailed technical offer with relevant technical literature/catalogue and copies of catalogues, drawings or specifications, Copy of latest Purchase Order placed by any BHEL unit for similar items, Signed and stamped quotation and tender documents, MSE certificate documents, if claiming MSE benefits (valid NSIC certificate or EM II certificate and applicable CA certificate), SC/ST certificate of the proprietor, if claiming SC/ST status as an MSE, Guarantee certificate, Confirmation of availability of machines of required capacity and accuracy, Confirmation that prescribed technical and other requirements in the drawing will be achieved
