Procurement and supply of 5,000 100 kVA, 11 kV/433 V Energy Efficiency Level-2 aluminium-wound distribution transformers for delivery to TNPDCL stores anywhere in Tamil Nadu. Scope includes design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing, packing, forwarding, insurance and delivery. Approximate quantity may vary by 25% either way.

- Documents required: BIS licence to supply the tendered type and capacity of distribution transformers with IS 1180 (Part-I):2014, UDYAM Registration certificate, ISO Certificate, Licence to manufacture, Copies of purchase orders executed during the preceding ten years, Performance certificates for satisfactory operation of minimum one year from end users, Audited Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, Chartered Accountant certificate and audited annual accounts with UDIN, Type test and special test reports from an independent NABL-accredited laboratory, with approved drawings, Schedules A to G, Annexures I to XIII, as applicable, Tender Acceptance Letter, Undertaking in lieu of EMD, where applicable, Schedule F Questionnaire A and B
