Delivery is staggered over 365 days on an as-needed basis, with each requested load due within 24 hours. The order may be split 60:40 between L1 and L2 at the L1 price, subject to L2 matching. EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if exemption is sought, Point-to-point compliance statement matching every serial number of BEL’s technical specifications, Official datasheet of the offered product, OEM Certificate or official OEM Authorization Certificate, Certificate of Conformance (CoC) from the OEM or a letter from an authorised distributor, Purity Certificate, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Full 08 digits HSN code and applicable GST% rate on letterhead, OEM certificate regarding percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference
