Lease of 61 acres of agricultural land with six serviceable bore wells and an orchard (Mango and Jamun trees) at Sainik School Kapurthala, for two years from the date of agreement. The orchard must be taken on lease along with the agricultural land. Award is to the highest cumulative bidder. Reserve rates are Rs 55,000 per acre per year for agricultural land and Rs 1,15,000 per year for the orchard.
