CIDCO invites globally reputed and experienced single business entities or consortia to bid for lease and development of 12 plots in the Integrated Logistics Park, Pushpak Node, Navi Mumbai. The selected developer will design, construct, finance, operate and maintain the selected plot(s) for a 60-year lease tenure. Bidding uses a one-stage, two-cover process followed by e-auction; the highest bid price per square metre wins.
