Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CAT 6 and fiber optic cabling work, including cable laying, fiber splicing, patch cords, OTB box installation and network cable marking. Total quantity is 520, with delivery to North Goa within 60 days.

- Certifications: Valid Udyam Certificate for MSE purchase preference, where applicable, DPIIT registration for startup relaxation, where applicable
- Documents required: BoQ specification and supporting document, Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Product data sheet, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, Audited Balance Sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates/CRAC, Satisfactory Performance certificate, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, where applicable
