Description
Repairing and commissioning with replacement of worn out components of 55 cusec capacity pump unit no. 9 at UDPS. Work must commence within 5 days of the work order and be completed within 14 days.

- Disconnect the electrical supply cables from the motor and keep it by covering with protechtive device.De-couple the driver coupling and open out the motor from its own position and keep its as safe side. Dismantling the motor base plate and padestal from its own position and keep it safe side and making of barricade and scafolding arround the existing plateform with bamboo/pipe railing to prevent any accident. — Qty: 1 Item
- Lifting the pump unit from the sump chember and dismantle the line shaft by removing the guide channel, stuffing box, T.T Nut, bolts etc. Dismantling the complete pump assembly part by part from the pump casing such as impeller shaft coupling ,guard pipe, bushes, sockets etc. part by part. — Qty: 1 Item
- Mfg. and supply of G.M. bushes including maching complete as per sample and perfect match. Diffuser & Bellmouth Bush - 2 nos.(Approx Size : Φ70 x Φ50 x 230 mm) , Line Shaft Bush- 3 Nos.(Approx Size : Φ110 x Φ60 x 180 mm). — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Fitting fixing of G.M. bushes by engaging hydroulic press and others accessories . — Qty: 1 Item
- Straightening of impeller shaft and line shaft by using hydraulic jack to make it perfectly straight as per recommendation. — Qty: 3 Item
- Repairing the worn out portion of S.S . Impeller & C.I. hub by cutting , metalizing , maching grinding etc. to suit the proper angle of deflection of blades. — Qty: 1 Item
- Dynamic balancing of the impeller at the rated motor speed from the Govt. approved agency including cost of materials and labour. — Qty: 1 Item
