Thorough repairing and servicing of LT pump no. 4, including replacement of its bent shaft, worn GM bush, bearings and plummer block, with allied works at Duttabagan DPS under MDPS. Completion period is 15 days from the work order.

Manufacturing, supply fitting fixing of GM bush (88:10:2) & Jam nut of pump as per existing sample. — Qty: 1 nos
Manufacturing, supply, fitting & fixing of corrosion resistant, heavy steel universal couplings on one end of the top & other on bottom shaft complete in all respect as per existing sample. — Qty: 2 nos
Supply of SS nut bolt & stud as per sample. — Qty: 46 nos
Supply of rubber gaskets, graphite gland packing, Teflon tape & other misc. articles. — Qty: 1 item
Manufacturing & supply with fitting fixing of 5mm thick round MS flange cover plate to open casing without outflow of leakage water. — Qty: 1 nos
Supply & replacement of broken single direction thrust ball bearing (51316 SKF or suitable brand) of pump with fitting fixing & proper alignment as per sample. — Qty: 1 nos

Straightening of impeller shaft & all intermediate shafts by hydraulic press along with balancing of the shafts at the motor speed i.e. 987 rpm. — Qty: 1 item
Manufacturing, supply & fitting fixing of plummer block complete in all respect as per existing sample with fitting fixing of new bearing in it and finally bolting it to the MS joists. — Qty: 1 item
Repairing of bearing housing involving metalizing of corroded inner surfaces & machining, turning & finishing it for proper accomodation of radial & axial ball bearings as per existing sample. — Qty: 1 item
Repairing incl. removing broken bolts & tapping of damaged bolt holes of pump volute casing and making new threads using magnetic drill tap for proper fitting of nuts & bolts. — Qty: 1 item
Repairing of impeller shaft involving metal deposition on crushed key hole with machining, turning finishing it to accurate dimension as per existing sample. — Qty: 1 item
Complete rust removing & painting with anti-corrosive paints on impeller, pump body, line shafts & delivery valve plate etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. — Qty: 1 item
Assembly of pump unit part by part & checking for proper pump alignment. Lowering & fitting fixing of the entire pump, hollow line shafts, plummer block assembly & universal couplings & removing the scaffolding arrangement along with wooden pin from the suction side of the pump by engaging divers, manpower, tools & tackles etc. Finally reconnection of pump motor couplings with proper alignment and trial run. — Qty: 1 item
