Comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of room air-conditioning machines installed at different locations in Borough IV, Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The contract includes monthly servicing, annual overhauling and cleaning, repairs and replacement of required spares, and refrigerant charging. Breakdowns must be attended within 24 hours and restored within 3 days. Total completion period is 181 days from the Work Order.
