- Dismantling of top cover, side cover etc of the transformer after tripping the VCB with the help of skilled personnel. (Quotation) — Qty: 2 item
- Discharging the primary and secondary side of 1500kVA dry type Transformer properly by earth rod .Quotation) — Qty: 2 item
- Thorough cleaning & removing of dust of core &coil assembly, tap changing switch etc by CTC with the help of soft brush , clean cloth with hot air jet pressure after dismantling of HV & LV connection from bushing terminal end of inside transformer as per direction of EIC. A) Check and ensure that HT tap links of all the three phases are at same position and fully tightened and locked B) Check and ensure that all HT/LT connection nuts ,bolts are fully tightened and locked. C) Check and ensure that the core , coil and its connections are thoroughly cleaned for any cobwebs, dust , dirt using air blower etc. D) The enclosure perforated sheet/mesh shall be cleaned thoroughly for cobwebs, dust, dirt ensuring adequate and proper ventilation of air through the same. — Qty: 2 item
- Re-insulation all the HT coil lead properly with insulating tape, varnish etc and reconnection of all the cable as per existing way and re-fixing the top cover, side cover, tap changing switch handle etc of the transformer after cleaning properly as per direction of EIC. A) Relays, its alarm and trip contacts, their circuits side covers, cable boxes, marshalling box, attend to any abnormality B) Cooling fan motor bearing lubricate suitably, replace bearings. C) HT/LT bushings examine for dirt deposit and for crack/damages clean with non-fibrous. — Qty: 2 item
- High pressure test by applying 11kV for 1 minute and check IR value, Magnectic balance. — Qty: 2 item
- Re-connection of all the incoming & out going cable of the Transformers . — Qty: 2 item
- Supply and fixing of delta connection link made of copper bar(min 25x3 mm size) with proper sleeving of primary side including dismantling of damaged one. — Qty: 1 item
