Description
Repairing and overhauling worn out components of the electrically operated rope-drum type lifting mechanism of strainer nos. 2 and 4 at Begore Khal DPS under GRBU. The work includes dismantling, repair and replacement or manufacture of components, reassembly, commissioning, servicing, painting and transportation.

- Manufacturing supply and fitting fixing of special type CI graded coupling as per sample — Qty: 2 Set
- Supply and fitting fixing with precision in highly accuracy of helical gear pinion at the driving end strictly as per sample. — Qty: 2 Nos.
- Supply, fitting, fixing of the 16mm. dia. x 45 meter long steel wire rope heavy duty along with wire clamp. — Qty: 45 Meter
- Repairing of base plate and dilapidated mounting M.S Channel of the rope drum hoisting arrangement by necessary gas cutting, welding etc. as per direction of EIC. — Qty: 1 item
- Thorough cleaning, machining, repairing & overhauling two nos. gear boxes with precision in highly accuracy in machine shop. — Qty: 2 Nos.
- Manufacturing supply and fitting fixing of four nos. keys of driving shaft & pinion. — Qty: 1 item
- Assembling the all components of the rope drum hoist including commissioning with necessary bolts nuts washers and gaskets etc. as per direction of EIC. — Qty: 2 Nos.
