- SCOPE OF WORK: The installation involves single CPU of EPABX system having single 24 port Digital output to the offices of the Mayor, Dy. Mayor, Commissioner & MMIC and seven numbers 24 port Analog outputs in multiple building of CMO, IT Building, Hogg Building, HUDCO Building, PD Building to connect hundreds of services in rooms of KMC. 1. Day to day checking and cleaning and verifying proper functioning of operating consoles and telephone handsets of EPABX system 2. Weekly checking of 03 Nos. KTS(15T) & 06 Nos. KTS(40T), 98 Telephone sets, cables and other components to ensure they are in good working condition also ensure proper functioning of all Telephone sets by identifying and rectifying potential issues before they lead to system breakdown and Testing and validating connectivity across all extensions and trunk lines. 3. Monthly routine inspection and servicing of EPABX systems and telephone cabling instruments with one plus one line, cleaning and testing of internal components, — Qty: 12 monthly
