Description
Supply of telephone system, accessories and power supply for the three-digit EPABX system at the CMO Building under Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The work includes four equipment lines and must be completed within 10 days.

Deposit Challan for the current financial year, PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, Affidavit declaring that the bidder or partners have not abandoned or had a contract rescinded during the last 5 years, Registered Partnership Deed and Power of Attorney (for partnership firms), Articles of Association and Memorandum (for companies), Valid Electrical Contractors License issued by Directorate of Electricity, Government of West Bengal, with relevant HT/LT parts, Documentary evidence of EPABX system working experience in KMC or state government offices, Documentary evidence of experience working with Siemens EPABX in government or similar organisations, Documentary evidence of office at Kolkata, Documentary evidence of PF and ESI compliance for workmen, if applicable
