Description
Annual maintenance contract for the ductable air-conditioning system in the non-classified Food Lab Office Area on the 3rd floor of HUDCO Building under KMC. Work includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, with a maximum four-hour response time for breakdown calls during normal office hours. The BOQ lists 60 monthly maintenance units at an estimated rate of Rs. 3,300 per unit.
