Second-call item-rate civil works tender for improvement and routine repair of the 14.58 km Seraikella-Kharsawan Road (MDR-144), including road surface works, traffic signs, road markings and related repairs. Estimated cost is Rs. 18,89,62,553.22 and completion period is four months.
