Description
MTDC invites EOIs from stakeholders to develop a large contiguous land parcel (~126 acres) at Gorai into a tourism destination with a mix of hospitality, recreation, adventure, eco-tourism, waterfront experiences, and entertainment, on a PPP basis. The project aims to create an iconic, sustainable tourism hub near Mumbai, encouraging longer stays and diverse visitor experiences. Responses will inform master planning, transaction structuring, and future RFPs.
