Description
Open tender for supply of ordinary Portland cement to 504 SS&TC (GREF), Phuentsholing, Bhutan. Only original manufacturers or authorised dealers/distributors of BSB-certified products are eligible. Bids are submitted offline in a single-stage, two-bid system. Estimated value is INR 20,083,200 and the stated EMD is INR 401,700, subject to exemptions for eligible firms. Supply is to be completed within 90 days of the supply order taking effect.
