This EOI invites experienced agencies, NGOs, registered firms, and SHGs to operate and maintain approximately 14 public and community toilets in Chhatarpur city, including 12 public toilets and 2 community toilets, under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 and ODF+ standards. The contract duration is initially 3 years with potential for extension. The scope includes 24x7 water and electricity supply, daily cleaning, sanitary pad dispenser management, and accessibility features. The process is for survey and suggestion collection, not direct award.
