Description
Supply of 4,200 containers of crankcase oil for DEMU engines, SAE 15W-40, conforming to IS 13656. Delivery is required within 45 days to the Diesel Stores Depot, Moulaali, Secunderabad. Pre-dispatch inspection by RITES is required.

- Documents required: Past Performance, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 3 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 4, Supply performance documents (CRAC/Receipt Notes/Proof of Acceptance of Material by the Consignee) and the concerned Purchase Order, Tender-specific OEM authorisation on OEM letterhead indicating the GeM Bid Number and date, OEM address, and authorised signatory name and designation, Valid licence authorising the bidder to carry on business as a processor of the tendered oil/lubricant under the Lubricating Oils and Greases (Processing, Supply and Distribution) Regulation Order, 1987, except for Government-owned oil companies, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition
