- Mooring of 05 (five) nos. pontoon at Kachuberia with 20 length chain and 10 nos. anchors for up & down stream river side mooring arrangement and the same are to be removed and arrangement to be made for loading of chain & Anchors before transportation to Kolkata after completion of G.S. - Tug hire charges for towage of the above to the site before 20.12.2026 and towage back of the same from the site of work on completion of Mela — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Tug hire charges for placement of the pontoons at the nominated points rendering services for making mooring of the Pontoon and de-mooring of the same after completion of the Mela. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Charges for deployment of the tug throughout the execution period for up – keeping maintenance of the Jetties deployed for the intended purpose to attend emergency situation — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Charges for mobilization of backup boat to facilitated mooring including placement for anchor, chains and removal of the same after completion of Mela. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Special mooring arrangement for 05 nos. Jetties at Kachuberia by 20 length chain and 10 No. Anchors to be laid in additional to the normal mooring for making them fit for berthing L.C.T. — Qty: 5 Nos.
- Hire charges for wire ropes, shackles, clamps, gas cutting set, electric arc welding set, and labor charges for maintenance during the event period.
