Supply of 6 sets of ink bottles for printers, delivered to Pune City within 90 days. EMD and ePBG are not required. MSE purchase preference applies.

- Documents required: OEM Authorization Certificate / Manufacturer's Authorization Form, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt or similar proceedings, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Consortium undertaking, if applicable, Copies of relevant contracts supporting supply of same or similar category products during each of the required years, Contract copy with invoices and bidder self-certification, client execution certificate with contract value, or other proof of contract execution, Satisfactory Performance certificate issued by the respective Buyer Organization for qualifying past orders, Signed and sealed acceptance of the technical specification and vendor qualification criteria, Relevant certificates required by the technical specification and vendor qualification criteria, BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, Certificate confirming Indian registered office for after-sales support for imported products, Material Safety Data Sheet for toxic materials, if applicable, Dedicated/toll-free telephone number and service support escalation matrix
