Supply of 4,200 litres of HP-HYTHERM 600 oil conforming to IS 11489, specifically HPCL make, for Central Stores, Heavy Water Plant, Vikramapur, Talcher. Delivery is required within 60 days. EMD is not required; performance security is 5% for 4 months.
