Description
Selection of an agency/contractor to provide annual maintenance services for housekeeping, landscape works and electromechanical services at Union Bank Bhawan and the second floor of Sharda Tower, Lucknow. The contract is for two years from commencement, with a possible one-year extension. Estimated annual contract value is Rs. 173.78 lakh plus applicable GST.

- Documents required: Address proof/relevant certificate confirming registered, corporate or branch office in Lucknow, Applicable firm registration documents and GST Registration Certificate, Work order copies or performance certificates from principal employers/clients mentioning total number of resources provided, Audited Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet certified by a Chartered Accountant, including 3CA/3CD and auditor notes and accounts, Copies of returns submitted to tax authorities, including Income Tax and Goods & Services Tax returns, Chartered Accountant certificate confirming turnover from housekeeping contracts, Proof of remittance of application fee and EMD, or valid MSE/NSIC/Udyog Aadhar exemption certificate, Signed and stamped complete tender document with supporting proofs and credentials, Power of Attorney or other authorization for the person signing the bid, where applicable, Partnership deed, LLP agreement, company resolution and Memorandum and Articles of Association, as applicable
