Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one histopathology turnkey project for AIIMS Guwahati. Delivery is required within 90 days. The bid includes a 2-year warranty and 8 years of comprehensive maintenance after warranty.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC), Experience certificate for supply to a Government, PSU or renowned private organisation, along with supply/purchase order, EMD exemption certificate, if claiming exemption as MSME or NSIC, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt or similar proceedings, Product data sheet, Signed Integrity Pact, Audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates for experience, OEM local content certificate and locations of local value addition, Contracts and evidence of past performance, Technical certificates including BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates, as applicable, OEM warranty certificate, Details of service centres near consignee destinations, Undertaking confirming comprehensive warranty/maintenance compliance, Service support telephone number and escalation matrix, CDSCO or State/UT Licensing Authority licence, as applicable, Proof of EMD payment, OEM positive net worth evidence, Fall Clause Certificate, Price justification documents and previous Government purchase orders, if requested from L-1 bidder
