- Hire charges for 15 hours from 06.45 Hours to 21:45 Hours per day in general but may vary depending on every day requirement (Not on hourly basis) excluding cost of fuel. This shall include charges for Lubricant required for running the Vehicle, Wear and tear, Servicing, Repairs, Tools and tackles etc., Driver’s salary batta and other allowance, Insurance and all others charges — Qty: 1 perday
- Hourly retention charges per completed hour beyond fifteen hours subject to maximum of four hours. (the 15 hours duration is generally from 06.45 Hrs. to 21.45 Hrs but may vary depending on every day requirement.) — Qty: 1 per Hrs
- Extra rates for night halt if required to run between 21.45 Hrs. to 06.45 Hrs. on the next day. refered in( 2 ) above — Qty: 1 per night
