Description
The Consulate General of India, Jeddah invites bids from registered licensed companies to provide furnished apartments in a single building for approximately 65 Government of India officials on Haj duty during Haj 1448 H–2027 G. Accommodation is preferably within an approximate 10 km radius of King Abdulaziz International Airport. The service includes twin-sharing beds, housekeeping, drinking water, kitchen facilities, maintenance and round-the-clock support personnel. Payment is based on actual occupied beds per night.

- Documents required: Copy of valid license and commercial registration of the company, Copy of valid licenses issued by Ministry of Tourism or other local Saudi/municipal authorities, valid at least until 30.06.2027, Documents establishing ownership/heirship or the bidder’s legal authority to offer the accommodation, including relevant Tasreeh/Tasneef, Ejar contract or rental agreement, valid at least until 30.06.2027, Residence ID of the building owner or Mustajirs (legally authorized lessors), Copy of Company’s VAT Registration, Copy of Bank IBAN letter of the Company, Bid Security Declaration on company letterhead, signed, stamped and attested by Chamber of Commerce, Acceptance of Terms & Conditions of Tender (Annexure-II), signed and stamped on company letterhead, Total number of apartments and bedrooms in each apartment offered, photographs of the building, apartments and bedrooms, and exact building address, signed and stamped on company letterhead, Official English translation for any of the above documents submitted in Arabic
