Description
The Consulate General of India, Jeddah invites bids from owners, legally authorized lessors, or licensed Saudi service providers to provide accommodation for approximately 150 Government of India officials on Haj duty in Madinah during Haj 1448 H–2027 G. All units must be in one building within 300 metres walking distance of the Indian Haj Pilgrims Office. The building must have capacity for at least 150 persons, at least 30 rooms, and at least two functional elevators. Payment is based on actual occupied units per night.

- Documents required: Copy of valid commercial registration or other applicable registration document, Copy of Tashreeh/Tasneef for Haj 2027/1448 H, Copy of valid license issued by Municipality of Madinah Al-Munawwarah or another local Saudi authority, Documents establishing ownership/heirship or legal authority to offer the accommodation, including relevant Tasreeh/Tasneef and Ejar contract or rental agreement valid for Haj 2027, Residence ID of the building owner or Mustajir (legally authorized lessor), Copy of bidder's VAT registration, as applicable, Copy of bidder's bank IBAN letter, Bid Security Declaration on company letterhead, signed, stamped, and attested by Chamber of Commerce, Acceptance of the tender terms and conditions (Annexure-IV), signed and stamped on company letterhead, Financial bid on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative
