Procurement of 90 metric tonnes of high temperature extra hard pitch for SAIL Refractory Unit, Bhilai. Delivery is scheduled in six lots of 15 tonnes over 365 days. EMD is not required; ePBG of 3% is required for 18 months. Reverse auction is enabled with H1-Highest Priced Bid Elimination.
