Description
Selection and appointment of handling and transport contractors for transportation of food-grains under NFSA/13 in Hojai District for 2026-27, in a two-tier system: Tier-I from FCI godowns to GPSS/WCCS godowns and Tier-II from GPSS/WCCS godowns to Fair Price Shop dealers. The district is divided into 21 zones; the quoted rate for both tiers together must not exceed Rs. 136 per quintal.

- Documents required: Experience certificate for transportation of rice under NFSA/13 in Tier-I and Tier-II system from the respective DC/SDC(C)/DDS/ADS/SUPTD, Solvency Certificate received from Bank, Authentic bank transaction statement for the last 1 year, PAN Card, GST registration certificate, Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years, Election Commission of India's Voter Identity Card, Valid mobile number and email ID, Authenticated bank passbook or bank statement certified by the concerned bank, Certified copies of balance sheets for the preceding three financial years, Up-to-date GST return certificate, Up-to-date Labour Registration Certificate, ESIC registration, EPF registration, Undertaking/affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred by any government agency, Documentary evidence of ownership or lease agreement for at least 30 vehicles for an individual bidder, or at least 4 vehicles for GPSS/WCCS, Undertaking/affidavit regarding forfeiture of security money in case of failure to perform or loss, damage, or shortage
