Supply of 25,830 units of general purpose machinery and spindle oil conforming to IS 493, with delivery in three consignments of 8,610 units over 60, 120 and 180 days. EMD and ePBG are not required. Pre-dispatch inspection by RITES is required. Order splitting and Make in India and MSE purchase preferences apply.

- Documents required: OEM Authorization Certificate, Proof of supply completion for same or similar products, such as inspection note, R.Note, CRAC, or order completion certificate, Details of M&P, testing facilities, STR and QAP, technical manpower, and supply performance for developmental order consideration, Valid dealership authorization certificate, if participating as a dealer, Internal test certificate meeting the specification, to be produced during supply, Make and model offered and declaration of percentage of local content, Valid pollution control certificate issued by an authorized agency, Valid fire protection certificate issued by an authorized agency, OEM authorization form/certificate with OEM details, where applicable, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, to claim MII purchase preference
