Description
Open tender for supply of one fully automatic bomb calorimeter by Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Bids are submitted online in two parts: technical and commercial. The bidder must provide the last two supply orders for the same item for rate reasonability. EMD is replaced by a declaration. If the total order value is Rs. 25 lakh or above, a 3% bank guarantee or FDR is required at installation and must remain valid through the warranty period plus 60 days. Only Class-I and Class-II local suppliers are eligible under Make in India requirements.
