Description
Expression of Interest to empanel experienced service providers to provide, install, operate and maintain smart laundromat facilities in IIT Kanpur student hostels. Providers supply commercial IoT-enabled washing machines and dryers at no cost to the Institute, with app-based operation, maintenance and 24×7 service. Empanelment is initially for three years, renewable for up to two years based on performance.

- Documents required: Documentary evidence of experience, including copies of work orders, service/experience certificates, and details of similar work, PAN card/document, GST registration certificate, Proof of income tax and GST tax payments for the last three years, CA certificate for average turnover, Audited balance sheet and profit and loss account statements for financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, Declaration regarding blacklisting/non-blacklisting on bidder letterhead, Undertaking certificate for providing 24×7 services, Technical brochures of IoT-enabled washing machines and dryers, Details and supporting documents for smart laundry services operated or ongoing at other organizations, Details/features/brochure of the bidder’s smart laundry website or mobile application, if applicable, Duly signed and stamped EOI document and any addendum/corrigendum, Offer letter, declaration and bidder details
