Description

Sealed tenders are invited for hiring one LCV Canter/Tata-407 (2.5 Ton) or equivalent for Grid Construction Sub-Division, PSTCL Moga, with model not more than 5 years old, on monthly basis. The contractor will quote rates in three parts: fixed monthly charges, per kilometer charges, and out station charges. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable up to 4 years based on performance. Vehicle must have yellow number plates, be insured, have valid pollution and fitness certificates, and possess an All India Permit. The contractor is responsible for all expenses including fuel, insurance, taxes, and maintenance. Penalties apply for delays or non-deployment.
