Supply of 216 field test kits for water quality testing, including training for PDOs, watermen, VWSC members and others. Delivery is required within 15 days to Ramanagara. The successful bidder must provide 5% of the awarded amount as performance security.

- Documents required: Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating bidder turnover, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC supporting experience, Relevant contracts proving supply of 20% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years, Relevant documents proving manufacture of the field test kit, NABL certificate, MoU with original manufacturers for supply of kits and H2S vials, Documents proving supply of similar field test kits of value 2.16 Lakhs to a Government Organization, Income tax returns and profit and loss statements for financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, Duly signed certificate declaring the bidder is not currently blacklisted, GST registration certificate, PAN and other required details
