Description
Engineers India Limited invites manufacturers to apply for enlistment as suppliers of Cast Plug Headers and Pressure Fittings. Applicants must have designed and supplied the system in at least two projects, with qualifying references commissioned within the last ten years and at least one reference having completed a minimum of one year of operation. The EOI covers preliminary and detailed technical evaluation and requires supporting project, supply, design, testing and quality documentation.

- Documents required: List of all past job references relevant to the enlistment, in tabulated form, including date of order, client and project details, scope and supply, and date of commissioning, Purchase Order / Work Order / Letter of Award issued by Owner / PMC / Client, Supply evidence (IRN etc.) along with lorry receipt (LR), Completion Certificate issued by Owner / PMC / Client, Operation Certificate issued by Owner, Job specification / scope of work for cast plug header / pressure fittings for the job, Design evidence (Owner / PMC / Contractor approved technical documents like drawings), Casting procedure and Inspection and Test Plan incorporating all stages of approval, Documented guarantees for chemical and physical properties of the finished product, including stress, rupture, creep, elemental composition, LPT, DPT, high-temperature stress test simulations, dimensional tolerances, hydrotest and heat treatment as required by relevant codes / specifications, Test certificates for allowable stress of fittings for various materials, such as AS / SS, showing requisite physical and chemical properties, High-temperature stress test simulations to guarantee the high-temperature allowable limits of the product, Evidence of explicit dimensional tolerances maintained throughout the manufacturing process, Hydrotest and heat treatment records, Non-blacklisting declaration
