Description
NCCF invites proposals from eligible law firms to provide and supervise two legal consultants at its New Delhi Head Office, one full-time and one part-time. Services include litigation management, legal advisory, drafting and review of contracts and pleadings, coordination with external counsel, and related legal work. The engagement is initially for two years, with a possible extension of up to two years. Proposals are evaluated for eligibility and consultant suitability, then by total monthly professional fee, with award ordinarily to the lowest technically qualified bidder.

- Documents required: Partnership Deed / LLP Certificate / Firm Registration Certificate showing year of establishment, Work orders, engagement letters or experience certificates issued by clients, Audited financial statements and/or turnover certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant with a valid UDIN for each specified financial year, Advocate-wise list with enrolment numbers and State Bar Council enrolment details / other acceptable documentary proof, List of Partners as on September 30, 2026 with enrolment particulars and supporting documents, Case details, work orders, engagement letters or client certificates indicating the nature of cases handled, Case details, authorisation letters, engagement documents or client certificates for cooperative society disputes, Relevant case details, assignment certificates, work orders or other supporting documents for pleadings prepared in coordination with appointed counsel, Relevant case details, assignment certificates, work orders or other supporting documents for representation before courts, commissions and tribunals, Undertaking on letterhead and proposed deployment plan (Annexure III), Self-declaration on the Firm's letterhead, signed by the authorised signatory (Annexure IV), Conflict-of-interest declaration (Annexure IV), Copies of PAN card and GST registration certificate, Covering letter (Annexure I), Technical Bid and Eligibility Compliance Statement (Annexure II), Profiles of proposed Legal Consultants and Supervising Partner (Annexure III), Copy of the EOI duly signed and stamped on every page, Financial Bid in the format at Annexure V, duly signed and sealed, Board resolution / Partnership authority / Power of Attorney authorising the signatory, CV, enrolment certificate, proof of experience and undertaking from each proposed Legal Consultant
