Expression of Interest from existing distributors attached to the Mannargudi IOCL Bottling Plant to offer their own packed trucks for transporting their own Indane LPG cylinder loads in vertical position on a unit-rate basis. The proposed transportation contract is for an initial three years, with two optional one-year extensions at IOCL's discretion. EOI validity is 300 days from opening; the related transport tender specifies rate validity of 270 days.
