Hindustan Insecticides Limited invites eligible legal consultants and law firms to provide legal due diligence and related services for land parcels in Bathinda, Udyogamandal and Moti Nagar. Services include title searches, legal opinions and due diligence reports, obtaining missing documents and encumbrance certificates, mutation, and obtaining permissions where required. Price bids will be shared with shortlisted bidders after technical evaluation; evaluation is schedule-wise L1.

- Documents required: Certificate of Registration in the case of Law Firms, Certificate of empanelment with Central/State Governments, Central/State PSUs or Public Sector Banks, or proof of experience executing similar mutation, legal due diligence or document-search work for those organizations, Income tax returns for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, Details of team members, including Senior Partner and Associate Lawyers, with registration details and contact information, Authorization letter or Board Resolution authorizing the person to sign bid documents (for Law Firms), Attested PAN card copy (for individual legal consultants); valid attested GST Registration and PAN Card copies (for Law Firms), Declaration that the bidder is not blacklisted by any Central Government, State Government, PSU or Government body, No Near Relative Certificate/Declaration (Annexure-I), Bid Form (Annexure-II), Checklist (Annexure-III), Legal Consultants/Law Firms profile (Annexure-IV)
