Description
ICAT invites eligible branding agencies to apply for empanelment to provide branding, creative, communication, signage, fabrication, printing, installation, event branding and related services. The proposed empanelment is for two years, with an option to extend for up to one additional year. Empanelment does not guarantee any minimum work or revenue.

- Documents required: Certificate of incorporation/registration, partnership deed, LLP documents, proprietorship proof or other constitution documents, as applicable, Entity profile and dated work orders/contracts/completion or client certificates evidencing relevant experience, Work orders and completion/performance certificates, client references, or other verifiable documentary evidence for similar assignments, Audited financial statements and/or CA-certified turnover statement for each of the relevant years, with UDIN where applicable; income-tax returns may be sought for verification, PAN, GST registration certificate, Udyam certificate, if applicable, Other relevant licences and registrations, Team structure, role-wise profiles/CVs, resource statement, capability note and details of proposed specialist/subcontract support, Portfolio of completed work with project description, client, scope, year, deliverables and evidence of execution, Certificate/registration proof showing registered office, or lease/utility/other credible proof of operational office in Delhi/NCR, Undertaking in the format at Form III, signed by the authorized signatory, Declarations in Form III and any additional conflict-of-interest disclosure requested by ICAT, Form I: Applicant Profile and Eligibility Compliance, Form II: Form of Application/Covering Letter, Form III: Undertaking of Integrity, Non-Blacklisting and Disclosures
