RFQ for qualification of agencies to establish, operate, and maintain a brand-new multi-slice CT scanner (minimum 64 slices) on a zero-CAPEX PPP basis at LGBRIMH, Tezpur. The process involves a two-stage procurement: RFQ (qualification only) followed by RFP (detailed technical and financial bids from shortlisted agencies). The RFQ stage does not involve financial bids. The project aims to provide 24x7x365 CT scan services within the institute premises.
