Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara, a Central University under the Ministry of Railways, invites tenders for establishing a state-of-the-art R&D Laboratory over approximately 9,000 sq. ft. on a turnkey basis. The work involves dismantling existing structures, site preparation, RCC and steel works, roofing, civil finishes, electrical and power systems, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, painting, signage, and other incidental works. The project duration is 180 days, with a bid validity of 180 days, and an estimated EMD of ₹3,37,000.
